-- 20 take buyouts at Seattle Times: With layoffs showing no sign of stopping in the ailing newspaper industry, 20 Seattle Times staffers have agreed to bailouts. The paper wants to lower the 260-person newsroom by 35- to 45 posts. Company-wide, the Seattle Times plans to cut about 150 out of 1,600 jobs.
