MSN, the internet portal at Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT), has done a minor reorg, again, and still remains confusing as ever.

The study set out to determine if investments in paid search term made by Fortune 500 companies. Given the vast resources dedicated to competing in paid search, the study reveals many Fortune 500 companies are ineffective when it comes to leveraging their brands in organic search.
Just a year ago, when the economic outlook was a lot brighter, web publishers began jumping on the eco-friendly bandwagon. A Mediaweek piece checks in now that things appear a bit bleaker and finds that some of the major sites are wilting.
According to multiple reports coming out of China, the CEO of MySpace China, Luo Chuan, has resigned, following differences with the company about the strategic direction. Luo was the former CEO of MSN in China, and joined MySpace in 2006. The company released the first test version of MySpace.cn in April 2007. MySpace hasn't officially commented on this yet.
